These terms govern your use of the LuxJet Marine website and any reservations or orders placed through it. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Reservations and orders
Reservation deposits secure a build slot and are applied to your final purchase price. Pricing shown is in Australian dollars (AUD) and is computed server-side at the time of order. Specifications and lead times are estimates and may change.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. By completing a purchase you authorise the charge and agree to the applicable provider terms.
Cancellations and refunds
Reservation and order cancellation terms are confirmed in writing by our concierge team at the time of order. Please contact us with any questions before purchasing.
Intellectual property
All content, branding and imagery on this site are the property of LuxJet Marine and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, LuxJet Marine is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
