Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 June 2026

LuxJet Pty Ltd (ABN 78 698 130 228) trading as LuxJet ("LuxJet", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the 13 Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains what we collect, why, how we handle it, and your rights.

The personal information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — your name, email address, phone number, state, model interest and message when you make an enquiry, reserve a build slot, book a hire, or place an order. When you transact we also collect billing and delivery details and a record of your order. We do not collect sensitive information (as defined in the Privacy Act). We collect limited technical and usage data (such as device, browser and analytics events) only where you have consented to non-essential cookies.

How we collect it

We collect personal information directly from you through forms on this website, by email or phone, and through our payment providers when you complete a purchase. Where you consent, analytics providers collect usage data via cookies (see below).

Why we collect, hold and use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries; process reservations, hire bookings and orders; arrange delivery; provide concierge and after-sales support; meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations; and — where you have opted in — send you marketing communications. We only use it for the purposes for which it was collected, a directly related purpose you would reasonably expect, or as required or authorised by law.

Direct marketing

With your consent, we may send you news and offers by email. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe option, and you can opt out at any time by contacting us. We do not use or disclose your information for direct marketing by third parties.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to operate the site (for example, your cart). With your consent we also use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to understand traffic and measure marketing performance. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the cookie banner; if you decline, only essential cookies remain active.

Payment processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. We do not see or store your full card details on our servers. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective privacy policies.

Who we disclose it to

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose it only to service providers who help us operate — including hosting and database (Supabase), payment providers (Stripe, PayPal), email/delivery providers and analytics providers — and where required or authorised by law. These providers are bound to use your information only for the services they provide to us.

Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers store or process data outside Australia (for example, in the United States and the European Union). Where personal information is disclosed overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the APPs. By using the site and our services you acknowledge this overseas disclosure.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure — including encryption in transit, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers. We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations, after which we destroy or de-identify it.

Accessing and correcting your information

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period. There is generally no charge, though we may recover reasonable costs for certain access requests.

Complaints

If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, please contact our Privacy Officer at admin@luxjet.com.au. We will acknowledge and investigate your complaint and respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992.
